Ingredients

Flour, whole grain, .33 cup (remove)
*Wheat flour, white, bread, enriched, .33 cup (remove)
Semolina flour, unenriched, .33 cup (remove)
Hazelnuts, 5 nuts (remove)
Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
Yogurt, plain, whole milk, 15 grams (remove)
Pepper, black, 1 dash (remove)
*Cumin seed, .25 tsp (remove)
*Coriander seed, .25 tsp (remove)

DESSERT:
Honey Cinnamon Oranges: This is so simple that a four year old could do it, all you do is slice the oranges, place them on a plate, make a mix of mint, honey and cinnamon and spread it on the oranges.
